TOWNWEAR MORE THAN DOUBLES DONATION

February 11, 2011, Mattapoisett, MA—The locally-owned, award-winning apparel line TownWear more than doubled its donations this year to dozens of charities, many of which are right here in the SouthCoast.

Every January TownWear donates a portion of all its sales for the prior year to local charities personally selected by each authorized retailer. "When you buy a product that gives back locally, you become part of a team committed to making a difference in the towns and communities that are meaningful to you," Kerrin Adrian, executive director and founder of TownWear, said.

TOWNWEAR APPOINTS NEW SALES REPRESENTATIVE

January 14, 2011, Mattapoisett, MA—TownWear, a locally owned, socially conscious, award-winning apparel line, is proud to announce the appointment of Kathy Hoshi to the position of Sales Representative. Hoshi will be responsible for expanding authorized retail locations and raising brand awareness in Texas. For the past six years, she has owned and operated her own health and wellness businesses, developing and managing national sales accounts. Hoshi also has extensive experience in nonprofit development, grant-writing, administration, and management and has worked with nonprofit organizations in New York and Texas. She taught English for eighteen years in Japan, where she raised her family and learned to speak Japanese.

TOWNWEAR DONATES THOUSANDS

April 16, 2010—As a result of a remarkably successful 2009, TownWear, BER inc's socially conscious apparel line, donated thousands of dollars to more than a dozen local charities throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island this year.

TownWear gives back 5% of all its sales to charities in the communities where its authorized retailers are located. "Each of our retailers selects a local charity for TownWear's Giving Program, and in January we donate 5% of our retailers' purchases throughout the previous year to the charities of their choice," Kerrin Adrian, executive director of TownWear, commented.

TOWNWEAR APPOINTS NEW SALES MANAGER

November 12, 2009—BER inc is proud to announce the appointment of Angela Ellis to sales manager for the company's socially conscious apparel line, TownWear. In this role, Ellis will be responsible for expanding authorized retail outlet locations on the East Coast, building and overseeing a team of sales representatives, and helping retailers market their businesses with TownWear. Ellis has been a sales representative for BER inc's professional corporate branding services since 2004.
